St Michael High School- Mukono embraced skilling programme in 2023 with learners who were then in senior one but now the current senior four students. These learners studied for three years and last year in November they sat for their national UVTAB examination and this year 14 -august -2026 they have graduated at st Johnes vocational training institute in various courses such as carpentry and joinery, building and construction, hair dressing, beautician and tailoring. This programme has also been taken to Advanced level with effect from 2026
